We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Junior Consultant. As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to help them navigate digital transformation and drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced consultants and develop skills in digital strategy, solution design, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Support our team in conducting assessments of our clients‘ current digital capabilities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing digital transformation strategies that align with our clients‘ business goals and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with our clients‘ teams to implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Participate in providing guidance and expertise to our clients on emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Support in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of digital initiatives and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in business development activities, including client proposals and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- First experiences in digital transformation consulting or related field.
- Knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, big data, AI/ML, and blockchain.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
