Legal information
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Here we explain how we handle your personal data when you visit our website, contact us or apply for a role, and what rights you have.
Controller and contact
PROVADIT Europe GmbH, Landstrasse 123, 9495 Triesen, Principality of Liechtenstein, is responsible for processing personal data received in connection with this website. Contact: fabian.ruehrnschopf@provadit.com, telephone +423 782 33 97.
Website delivery
This website is delivered through PROVADIT’s hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare, which helps deliver and protect the website. Technical information such as the requested page, IP address, request time and browser information is processed for this purpose. When you visit the main address without an explicit language in the URL, the country supplied by Cloudflare is used to select German for Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Germany and Austria, and English otherwise. If the country is unavailable, English is shown. Language links let you choose either version. Your choice is carried by the page URL, not a language cookie. A new visit to the main address without an explicit choice uses country selection again.
Messages and applications
The forms prepare an email draft in your browser. Clicking “Prepare email” does not submit your information to PROVADIT. You choose whether to open your email application, copy the message and send it. Application documents must be attached in your email application; this website has no file upload. We receive your name, email address, message and any other details or documents only when you send them to us.
Purposes and legal bases
We use received messages to answer inquiries, discuss potential engagements and assess applications. Depending on the inquiry, processing is based on steps before entering into a contract or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in business communication and secure operation (Article 6(1)(f)), or compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). If consent is needed for a separate purpose, we will request it separately.
Recipients and retention
Authorized people at PROVADIT and service providers involved in hosting, IT support and email handling may process data as required for their work. We retain correspondence and application information only as long as needed for the relevant purpose, applicable retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. We do not use applications for unrelated marketing.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis. You may lodge a complaint with the Liechtenstein Data Protection Authority.
Updates
These notes describe the present website and email-based contact process. They will be updated when the website’s services or data processing change. Updated: 12 October 2026.
