IT strategy and application development for your business.

PROVADIT connects independent IT strategy advice with application architecture and development. We assess options, design digital workflows and modernize existing applications. Based in Liechtenstein, we work with companies in Switzerland and worldwide.

Our approach

Give technology decisions a clear business direction.

Applications, platforms and interfaces develop over time. We help distinguish what should be retained, connected or changed, considering business needs, dependencies and the effort required across the lifecycle. A coherent target architecture gives individual initiatives a shared direction.

Our focus areas

IT strategy & enterprise architecture

Translate business goals into IT priorities and a target architecture. We assess applications, platform options and dependencies. Weighted decision criteria and scenario analysis help compare business value, technical fit, adoption effort and risk before committing to an investment direction.

Target architecture · Platform strategy · Decision analysis

Platform selection & modernization

We compare extending existing systems with introducing new technology. Business fit, integration, operating effort and future development guide the decision. Client preferences are assessed openly alongside alternatives, with the reasoning documented.

Independent evaluation · Platform options · Modernization

Digital workflows, applications & integration

We turn requirements into business applications, approval workflows and interfaces. Our work can cover concept, development, testing and rollout, including connections to planning, ERP and data platforms. Reusable components support further teams and use cases.

Application development · Workflows · Interfaces

Migration, operating responsibility & continuity

We qualify interfaces and application behavior as connected systems change, including transitions from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. Defined access, test cases, documentation and ownership help teams introduce changes and continue developing the solution.

Migration support · Access and ownership · Continued development

What an engagement can deliver

Deliverables depend on the agreed scope and your starting point. They may include:

  • An independent assessment of options, with a target architecture and priorities
  • Application and interface specifications, with development in the agreed scope
  • Tested changes, rollout support, documentation and an agreed handover

How we work together

  1. Understand and agree on the scope

We clarify the business question, requirements and responsibilities with your teams.

  2. Design and develop

We compare options, specify the solution and implement it ourselves or support your implementation teams.

  3. Validate and enable

We support acceptance, rollout, documentation and training within the agreed scope, with clear ownership for continued use.

Questions about working with us

Does IT strategy consulting require replacing existing systems?

No. An assessment can lead to retaining, improving, integrating or replacing parts of the landscape. The choice depends on business requirements, costs, dependencies and the available alternatives.

Can PROVADIT deliver the application as well as the concept?

Yes. Our research application work includes delivery from requirements through development and rollout to training. Other engagements focus on architecture or solution engineering alongside client teams. We define the delivery model and responsibilities together.

Experience behind the advice

In pharmaceutical planning, PROVADIT assessed the tool landscape and defined a target architecture, adoption model and transition roadmap. An automotive engagement connected DevSecOps platform strategy with a CI/CD pipeline study, value-proposition work and weighted multi-criteria analysis. Scenarios made the investment options comparable across business value, technical fit and risk. An inventory-model engagement adds practical experience of connecting analytical logic with a steering cockpit through a defined data interface.
